Availability
Outreach appears under Marketing → Outreach when your plan includes it. If you don't see it, ask your administrator to enable the addon and grant outreach.access on your plan.
How it works
- Create a campaign by name — it starts as a draft.
- Import leads (your prospects — separate from your opted-in email lists).
- Build the sequence: the first email plus follow-up steps, each with its own delay.
- Set the schedule: which days, which hours, and how fast it can send.
- Choose sending accounts (your delivery servers) and press Start.
Each lead moves through the steps at their own pace — leads who reply, unsubscribe or bounce stop receiving follow-ups automatically.
Before your first send
- At least one active delivery server (Settings → Delivery Servers).
- Optional but recommended: a verified tracking domain for branded tracking links.
- Realistic daily caps — cold mail should ramp slowly to protect sender reputation.
