The Inbox (powered by the UniBox addon) brings every connected mailbox into one screen — read, reply and organize conversations without switching accounts.

Availability

Inbox appears in your sidebar under General when the addon is enabled for your workspace. The badge shows unread conversations.

What you get

  • One inbox, many accounts — conversations from all connected mailboxes in a single list.
  • Folders, tags & assignment — organize work, hand threads to teammates, and leave internal notes.
  • Contact intelligence — a contact card with history for every correspondent.
  • Reply templates — reusable answers for common questions.
  • AI assist — summaries, suggested replies, and optional auto-reply (see AI replies & autopilot).
  • SMS & WhatsApp threads in the same inbox when those addons are active.

Getting going

  1. Connect a mailbox — see Connecting a mailbox.
  2. Wait for the first sync (runs every few minutes), or hit Sync on the account.
  3. Read and reply — see Managing conversations.
